About the Baker​
Hello, I’m Kim — the baker behind the loaves.
From my home kitchen in Peachester, I spend my days mixing, shaping and baking small batches of sourdough bread and handcrafted desserts. What began as a love for baking in my own kitchen slowly grew into something I wanted to share with others — the simple joy of real, homemade food.

My baking is inspired by the slow, traditional methods of artisan bakeries. Each loaf of sourdough is naturally fermented, hand-shaped and baked with care, creating the flavour, texture and character that only time and patience can bring. Alongside the bread, I bake a range of comforting desserts that feel just like home — the kind you want to share around the table.

Everything is made in small batches, right here in my home kitchen, using quality ingredients and a whole lot of love. My goal is simple: to create baked goods that feel special but familiar — the kind that bring warmth, comfort and that unmistakable homemade taste.
